✈️ From Germany to Bogotá: the best flight connections

The first leg of your journey takes you to Bogotá, the capital of Colombia - well connected, safe to travel around and the ideal starting point for our coffee trips.

Direct flights from Germany

If you like it comfortable:

  • Lufthansa and SWISS offer direct flights from Frankfurt (FRA) to Bogotá (BOG) several times a week.
  • 🕓 Flight time: approx. 11 hours
  • 💸 Price: from approx. 1,200 € return flight

Alternatives with a stopover

You can also travel stress-free with a short stopover - e.g. with:

  • Iberia via Madrid
  • KLM via Amsterdam
  • Air France via Paris
  • Air Europa via Madrid

These airlines fly from many German cities (e.g. Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Munich) and get you to Bogotá in 13-16 hours. The flights are usually available daily and offer good connection times.

Our tip:
It is best to book around two months in advance. Tuesdays and Sundays are particularly good days to fly.

Go straight on or discover Bogotá?
After your arrival in Bogotá, you can either take the domestic flight directly to Pitalito - or take some time to get to know Colombia's capital. Many of our guests decide to spend a night or a few days in Bogotá to acclimatize, gather their first impressions or take a cupping in one of the speciality roasteries, whether directly onwards or with a stopover: we coordinate your trip individually with you.
